Studying hard subjects can seem daunting, but it doesn't have to be! With the right attitude and strategies, you can make the process more manageable and even enjoyable. Here are some tips to help you out:

1. Break it down. Divide the subject into smaller, more manageable pieces. This will help you focus on one area of knowledge at a time and make it easier to remember.

2. Take notes! When taking notes, write down the things that the teacher emphasized and the formulas! Also, be sure to draw out the diagrams too!

3. Make a plan. Create a plan for how you’re going to approach the subject, including how much time you’re going to spend studying and when. Having a plan will help you stay organized and on track.

4. Ask questions. Don't hesitate to ask questions—in class, one-on-one with a professor or tutor, or in a study group. Asking questions will help you understand the material better and identify areas that need more focus.

4. Be consistent. Set aside time each day to work on the subject. Doing something each day, even if it's just reviewing notes, will help you stay on top of the material and make it easier to review at the end.

5. Take breaks. Take regular breaks during your study sessions, and don't forget to reward yourself for your hard work. Taking breaks will help you stay focused and energized.

6. If you need further help on a subject, watch a couple of YouTube videos on it! For biology I love the channel Amoeba Sisters!
