How to Build the Perfect Morning Routine!!

Life can be a little crazy, but with a routine to fall back, it can make things easier. Here are my top tips for an amazing morning routine.

1. Find out what you want/need to improve. Take some time to list out the things you want to improve, is it waking up earlier, leaving on time?

2. Tackle one thing at a time. If you struggle to stick with new routines, start with one issue and work on that first. If you don’t tend to struggle with new routines, ease your way into the routine and give yourself time to adjust. 3. Have a way of keeping yourself accountable. Set multiple alarms, do your routine with a song or simply have someone check in on where your up to.

Now that my top 3 biggest tips are out of the way, let's tackle some of the issues you may be having.

1. Not waking up on time. If you have this problem, try setting four alarms. These alarms should be set for 1.5 hours before you want to wake up, 1 hour before, 30 minutes before and when you want to wake up.

2. Not feeling productive in the morning. Try reading before going on a device, making your bed, or doing another simple task. This can help kick start your brain as well as help you feel more put together.

3. Forgetting things. This sucks and can potentially be avoided. Away to avoid this is to have everything you need ready the night before or having the things you need to get ready easily accessible. Try having a checklist of the items you need. Obviously, mistakes happen, and so you shouldn't be to hard on yourself.

I hope this helps you feel more prepared to take on the day. Remember, something that may work for others may not work for you. It's all a game of trial and error, so don't beat yourself up about it.
